Member Welfare/Risk Fund

JRDM has been providing insurance facilities for its group members. Members of JRDM are generally the bread winner of their respective families. So inheritors fall in serious trouble at the death of respective family guardian. These programs are directed to assist the family after members death.

The premium of this loan is only Tk. 10 per Tk. 1000 disbursement. If a member or her husband/guardian dies, then the outstanding amount is written off as the insurance benefit. Inheritors also given back savings and other demands, if applicable. In case of death of any borrower or his/her nominee a sume of 2,000/- (Two thousand) is paid instantly for funeral. This program is compulsory for the clients of Jagoron, Agrosor, Buniad, ENRICH-IGA & Sufolon loan component.  

In 2023-2024, JRDM has paid Tk. 9275990 to the families of 390 deceased group members as insurance benefit.
